This is our go-to, full bodied, full flavored IPA. It’s well balanced with caramel malt sweetness and hop bitterness that blends perfectly together. We used several additions of different hops in the kettle to get a complex flavor profile and then finished the beer with a huge amount of Mosaic for intense tropical fruit aroma.
