HaandBryggeriet Buskerud Sour

Last year our friends from Speciation Artisan Ales came over to collaborate on a petit saison inspired beer. The beer was fermented and conditioned in stainless steel for nine months with our house culture before bottling. The taste is subtly sour with an aroma of gooseberries and white grapes leading into a bright, lemony finish. This is the second beer in our Farmhouse Friends series.
