HaandBryggeriet What's Up Dok?

We are very excited to introduce you to our latest collaboration brewed with our friends from DOK Brewing, showcasing our willingness to explore new techniques and processes. What´s up Dok is a rich and decadent imperial stout brewed with pilsner, pale chocolate malts and lactose. To give it a fruity aroma we added cherries and raspberries during fermentation. The result is a rich and flavorful aroma of chocolate and cocoa, balanced out by the fruit.
